i remember buying timbo’s first cd. it was the shit back then. to be honest, i only bought it because of a girl ; she was like ‘have you heard the luv 2 luv u original?’ no? ‘it’s on the cd. you should get it.’ so i did. i really loved it, and since they had a few more singles off the cd, it didn’t lose its replay value super fast. i’d like to thank her, but i forgot her name. i remember she was really foine though. and she had a twin. damn, i messed that one up.

this is timbo on some electro that’s as socal as palm trees and morning traffic. whenever power 106 had their ‘aqua nets’ electro/freestyle mix session at 12 noon, i would try my best to tune in – bringing my walkman to school and then trying to listen to it while eating lunch lead to a few confiscations of said walkman – definitely worth it though.
