i’d be lying if i said i liked t-pain, at all. i don’t really like any of his songs or any songs he’s been on (actually wait.. good life is pretty sweet but probably because of the pyt sample) and i think the auto-tune style is really lame and overdone. however. i really dig the instrumental to the original can’t believe it. it’s really like.. ethereal and simple and dreamy. since i had the aca too i was just testing it on a few different things, and serendipitously found that it was perfect on 9th wonder. actually, that’s how most of my blends are to be honest. no weezy because i’m still on weezy overload. dude’s annoying.
i recognized the 9th wonder instrumental at once because i used to have this unhealthy obsession w/ the minstrel show album. hah. and i like the remix! it blends so well.
