uh huh. like ive explained before, i live my life fourteen weeks at a time – that’s how long my terms are, and then i get three weeks of break to do something else, and then back to the grind. i just finished my seventh term, and i’m set to graduate eighth term – but since i don’t feel like i have enough ‘stuff’ to show off yet, im taking this summer off to work some more and just do my own thing. which hopefully means more updating here.
i was just looking through the entries lately and i just realized i never told yall that i was on vacation for the winter. from christmas to early january i was in the philippines straight chillin (not really because it was hot and humid) out. did the whole mallrat thing, ate fried rice breakfast every morning, visited backways and alleyways, walked along the boracay beach, sat in never-ending traffic, and watched lots of southeast asian tv. good times. i took hella pictures (actually the trip was the sole reason i bought a 10d) and you can find them here.
this summer i plan on doing some more travelling as well, as a high school friend of mine is going to get married in taiwan and i’m a groomsman – so i’m heading out there for tenish days. i also might be visiting my aunt in cambodia around then too, since, i’m like already in the area. and since i haven’t been to new york yet, i’d wanna do that while i’m on my break. who knowsss. but as for traveling in the near future, i think i’m heading to the bay in a few weeks. i was told that calling it ‘frisco’ is strictly for lames.
I’ve heard that the peeps down there just refer to San Francisco as “The City” since everyone is from surrounding areas and whatnot. I think I called it Frisco and proceeded to get scolded by Misty. hahah
and since i haven’t been to new york yet, i’d wanna do that while i’m on my break.

I was in the PI the same time, getting married. I used to go to school at UST, so i know some hot places there. There’s a couple of records shops in Metro Manila that still carry vinyl: Phoenix Records (Kamuning) & Bepop Records (Makati).
